Returns Policy

We can offer an exchange or refund on items that are returned to us in the same condition, including packaging, they were sold within 14 days of receipt.

The costs associated with the exchange or return of an item are at the buyer's expense unless it is a local delivery in which case we may be willing to collect the item. Please inform us at info@thiscountryhome.com if you are returning an item and provide return shipping details.

In the unlikely event that any of our items have a major fault we will offer a refund, repair or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have received the item.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Non-refundable products

• Items that are made to your specific requirements, personalized, or created as bespoke orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they are manufactured specifically for you. Returns will only be accepted on bespoke items in the following limited circumstances: if the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or does not match the specifications you agreed to at the time of ordering. In such cases, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
• Antiques and items categorized as non-refundable as described on product page under Shipping & Returns section.
• Items returned without original packaging, faulty or missing parts not due to our error.

Holds

Should you require additional time to consider an item and do not wish to miss out on should it sell, you are welcome to request a hold on an item for an agreed period of time with us. Some items due to their demand may not be able to be placed on hold. Should you wish to place a hold on an item please contact us.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
