The Craft
The top is reclaimed solid tulip wood at 4cm thickness, sealed with varnish and lightly whitewashed by hand to preserve the natural grain while giving the surface a soft, pale finish that ages beautifully. Tulip wood is harder than pine — it moves less with changes in temperature and humidity, and it develops character rather than wear over time.
The base is hand-carved reclaimed pine, substantially thicker than anything in this category, with a distinctive gothic pedestal profile finished with a whitewash technique refined for over more than a decade. Every base comes out slightly differently and has a unique look. The iron cross-bolt visible at the centre is structural and original, not decorative, not added for effect. This isn't factory-finished piece, nor flat-packed shipped in a container. This table is fully handmade from European timber by a local craftsman — the only person in the UK who builds to this specification.
In Your Home
Three metres table seats eight comfortably and ten when it matters. The top has a warmth and translucency that pine doesn't — lighter in colour, with a finer grain that catches afternoon light beautifully. Pair it with tufted linen chairs in natural tones and it becomes the kind of table people walk into a room and stop to look at.
Delivery & Assembly
These tables are delivered by a specialist 2-man furniture courier. We offer two options:
White Glove Delivery - £129: Delivered, positioned, and fully assembled in your room of choice. All packaging removed.
Room of Choice Delivery - £95: Delivered to your room of choice, ready for self-assembly.
Both options include careful handling and are available across mainland UK. Contact us for a quote for remote postcodes or international delivery.
Character Note
Because this table is made from real reclaimed wood, every piece is genuinely unique. Knots, grain variations, and subtle tonal differences are not flaws — they are the record of the wood's history, and part of what you're buying.

Collection
If you wish to collect item personally from our showroom, please schedule the collection with us.
Shipping
As every order is unique, the costs of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight, location and destination of your chosen items. When available, special delivery conditions such as fixed price or courier delivery will be displayed at check out. For our large items like cupboards or chests the delivery is around £69 UK wide (excluding Northern Ireland).
Tables Delivery & Assembly
Some of our tables are delivered by a specialist 2-man furniture courier. We offer two options:

Delivery times vary by item size. Large furniture (such as dining tables and cupboards) typically ships within 7–14 working days. Smaller items up to 120cm in length usually ship within 2 working days. Once your order is ready and shipping has been arranged, we will contact you to confirm delivery details. For larger pieces we work with specialist furniture couriers, and delivery timelines can occasionally be longer depending on your location and courier availability — we’ll keep in touch throughout and update you as soon as a date is confirmed.
International shipping

Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We can offer an exchange or refund on items that are returned to us in the same condition, including packaging, and sold within 30 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns on antiques as noted on the product pages. Read our Return Policy on non-refundable items.
